Restaurants and Inns Participating in the Locavore Challenge

Have you eaten out at a participating restaurant during the challenge? If you have ever tried to cook a totally local meal, you can appreciate the effort that these restaurants and inns are making to support the Locavore Challenge. Think of what you are going through to source local items that are in scarce supply and multiply that times 10 or maybe even 100 for a restaurant and you can imagine what a “challenge” this can be.
