The Road
Less Traveled presented by NOFA VT
On ten acres of rocky, rolling land in the
mountain village of Ripton, VT is Nola’s
Secret Gardens. Nola Kevra grows organic
salad greens, flowers, herbs, garlic, and
Middle Eastern vegetables for wholesale
markets. Come and stroll through Nola’s
gardens and greenhouse (and surrounding
forest land) as she shares her farm
experience and perhaps you too will be
enticed to take the road less traveled. You
don’t need high-tech infrastructure and
acres of land to make a modest living at
farming.
